We will make you a guaranteed rent offer for 3-5 years and if this works for you we will draw up a management agreement.

We build upon any works you plan to do yourself and upgrade the property to match the high standards our clients expect. We do this at no extra cost to you, including professional staging and photography
Place clients in your property

You get paid even when the property is empty.
Manage the property and cover maintenance costs
As part of our service, we take care of all minor maintenance and professional cleaning at no cost to you. No more having to worry about getting a tradesperson out urgently.
We regularly inspect the property, so that it stays in excellent condition
End of Agreement option
At the end of the agreement period you can either renew the contract for continued management, or receive the property back in value added condition.
